How to Make an Exchange on

1. Select Currencies
In the Send section, choose the currency you want to exchange.
In the Receive section, select the currency you’d like to get.
Example: Bob wants to swap Tronix (TRX) for Ethereum (ETH). He selects TRX in Send and ETH in Receive (wallet address provided will receive ETH).
2. Choose Exchange Type
Fixed Rate
Get the rate shown when you start the transaction.
Fee: 1% + network fee.
Rate is locked for 10 minutes.
If the market moves over 1.2% or your payment is late/wrong, you’ll need to either refund or accept the market rate.
Floating Rate
Final rate set when your funds arrive.
Fee: 0.5% + network fee.
Exchange happens at the market rate within 10 minutes after blockchain confirmations.
The swap executes at the live market rate when funds arrive in our system.
3. Enter the Amount
Enter the amount to swap (see minimum and maximum limits displayed).
NOTE: you can also enter USD amount equivalent to the amount of coin you want to exchange - for this select the 'Enter in USD' box.
Click "Go to Exchange"
4. Enter Exchange Details
Enter wallet address where the exchanged crypto will be send.
Check the checkbox that you agree with Terms of Use, AML and Privacy policy - mandatory.
5. Confirm & Send
Click “Create and Exchange.
Example: Bob enters his ETH address in the Your Ethereum Address field, clicks Create and Exchange, and sends TRX to the wallet shown in his order. After confirmations, ETH is delivered to Bob’s wallet.
6. Processing
Transaction Statuses Explained
1. Awaiting Deposit
The platform has created your swap order but hasn't yet received your crypto.
You still need to send the tokens from your wallet to the address provided.
2. Confirming
Your transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain and is waiting for enough confirmations.
Different networks (Ethereum, Tron, Bitcoin, etc.) require a certain number of confirmations before funds are considered secure.
3. Exchanging
The platform has received and confirmed your deposit.
It is now converting your tokens (e.g., TRX → ETH).
This step depends on liquidity and current exchange rates.
4. Sending
The swap is complete, and the exchanged tokens are being sent to your receiving wallet address.
You'll soon see the transaction appear on the blockchain explorer for the target currency.
7. Final confirmations
Once transaction is completed you will see the status 'Successfully completed' and all related to it information - amount, time, address etc.
